Shiv Ganga Degree College has been established by Samaj Evam Paryvaran Vikas Sansthan.

Prof Sheo Sagar Ojha ( Former Head of Geography Department, University of Allahabad) laid foundation of Shiv Ganga Degree College in Prayagraj to impart higher education to Youths to build knowledge based society.

 Prof Sheo Sagar Ojha planted more than 4500 trees in Campus of Shiv Ganga Degree College. Consequently Shiv Ganga Degree College has  sprawling lush green campus. Serene environment is ideal for learning and getting connected with self.

Courses are offered in B.A for Geography Economics History Sociology Political Science Hindi Literature & English Literature.

Courses are offered in B.sc for Maths , Physics, Botany, Zoology & Chemistry.

Courses are offered in B.Com.
